LVP

Luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring is a durable, affordable, and water-resistant plastic flooring option that's perfect for high-traffic areas and rooms with high-moisture content like bathrooms, laundry rooms, and kitchens. LVP is a great choice for homeowners who want the look of hardwood without the cost, maintenance, or installation challenges.

Engineered Glue-Down

Engineered glue-down flooring is also durable, affordable, and given this is a hardwood material it is only resistant to some level of moisture and temperature changes. It's ideal for high-traffic areas, such as hallways, entryways, and living rooms, but not recommended for high-moisture areas. Engineered glue-down flooring is a good option for homeowners who want a low-maintenance and easy-to-install flooring that will last for many years.

Nail-down

Nail-down flooring, also known as solid hardwood flooring, is a classic and timeless option that's best for low-moisture areas, such as living rooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms. Hardwood flooring is an excellent choice for homeowners who want a natural and elegant look that can increase the value of their home.

Tile

Tile flooring is a durable and water-resistant option that's perfect for high-moisture areas, such as bathrooms, laundry rooms, and kitchens. It's also ideal for entryways and mudrooms as it's relatively easy to clean and maintain. However, it's not recommended for rooms where you spend extended periods of time, as it can be cold and hard underfoot. This is a great choice if you want a durable and stylish option that can withstand moisture and spills.
